Qualche mese fa, Coyote faceva il punto sulla normativa Euro 7, una legge che mira a vietare la vendita di auto a combustione interna in Europa a partire dal 2035. Dopo numerosi sviluppi, la misura era stata infine adottata dal Consiglio dell\u2019Unione Europea. Tuttavia, la questione sembra tutt\u2019altro che risolta: l\u2019obiettivo dell\u2019UE di passare al tutto elettrico \u00e8 stato infatti messo in discussione dalla Corte dei Conti europea. Ecco i dettagli.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Il tutto elettrico entro il 2035: un obiettivo difficile secondo la Corte dei Conti<\/h2>\n

Misura chiave della normativa Euro 7, il divieto di vendere auto a combustione interna (nuove) in Europa \u00e8 stato oggetto di numerose critiche sin dalla sua introduzione. L\u2019anno scorso, mentre il testo stava per essere approvato, diversi paesi (tra cui Germania e Italia) si erano gi\u00e0 fortemente opposti al progetto, ottenendo alcune deroghe.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Nonostante sia stata infine approvata dal Parlamento, la legge \u00e8 nuovamente al centro delle polemiche. Il motivo? Un recente rapporto pubblicato dalla Corte dei Conti europea.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Secondo il rapporto, l\u2019obiettivo di vietare la vendita di auto a combustione interna a partire dal 2035 sar\u00e0 molto difficile da raggiungere. Per la Corte dei Conti, diversi ostacoli devono essere necessariamente superati dai membri dell\u2019Unione Europea per arrivare a vendere solo auto elettriche entro il 2035.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Il rapporto della Corte dei Conti ha messo in luce diversi ostacoli al progetto.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

La dipendenza dell\u2019Europa minaccia la sua sovranit\u00e0 industriale<\/h3>\n

Per la Corte dei Conti, le attuali modalit\u00e0 di produzione delle auto elettriche rappresentano una significativa minaccia alla sovranit\u00e0 europea, in quanto fortemente dipendenti dall\u2019estero. Attualmente, il 76% delle batterie viene prodotto in Cina (contro il 10% in Europa).<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Questa dipendenza non riguarda solo la produzione di batterie per auto elettriche: la Corte dei Conti sottolinea inoltre che l\u2019UE importa l\u201987% del suo litio grezzo e l\u201980% del suo manganese. Tuttavia, la dipendenza dall\u2019estero non \u00e8 l\u2019unico ostacolo evidenziato nel rapporto.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Per i paesi europei, il \u00abcosto delle batterie prodotte nell\u2019UE rimane molto pi\u00f9 alto del previsto\u00bb.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Prezzi di vendita troppo elevati per i cittadini europei<\/h3>\n

Un altro problema sollevato dalla Corte dei Conti, e non meno importante, riguarda i prezzi elevati delle auto elettriche (che mostrano una netta differenza rispetto ai modelli a combustione interna), che rischiano di escludere una gran parte dei cittadini europei, \u00abnonostante gli importanti incentivi pubblici\u00bb previsti in alcuni paesi.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Una rete di stazioni di ricarica insufficiente<\/h3>\n

Secondo la Corte dei Conti, molti paesi europei sono in ritardo in termini di stazioni di ricarica. Anche se alcuni membri (come Francia, Germania e Paesi Bassi) sono in una situazione migliore, la rete \u00e8 considerata \u00abnon abbastanza capillare\u00bb negli altri paesi d\u2019Europa, il che potrebbe causare diversi problemi pratici agli automobilisti durante la guida.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Quantit\u00e0 insufficiente di carburanti alternativi<\/h3>\n

Il rapporto della Corte dei Conti stima inoltre che i carburanti alternativi (idrogeno, carburanti sintetici e biocarburanti) non siano prodotti in quantit\u00e0 sufficiente in Europa per soddisfare la domanda. Inoltre, questi carburanti sono considerati troppo costosi.<\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Alla luce dei numerosi punti sollevati dalla Corte dei Conti, \u00e8 possibile che il divieto di vendita di auto a combustione interna previsto per il 2035 venga posticipato a una data successiva \u2013 la legge prevede infatti che la Commissione Europea rivaluti la situazione tra due anni.
